About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Eastleigh and Southern Parishes

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

What can I say? Frailty team - very grateful to all of them, meant I could stay in my own home. Very thorough and caring, 10 out of 10 to all of them.

Very grateful for care and attention I received. They did everything - BP, sats, blood tests, can't fault them. Lovely service that enables people like me to stay at home. Thank you!
