"Staff going above and beyond"

I was recently a patient on the Day Surgery Unit, and can I just say I witnessed two staff members going above and beyond to look after another patient.

I would like to praise nurse Jack and csw Sandra. What became an emergency situation that they noticed a patient deteriorating they were both professional (csw Sandra noticed a difference in patient and flagged it up to staff nurse Jack that she noticed a change in patient.)

Jack and Sandra were polite and  professional. Staff members like Jack and Sandra go the extra mile and they are never recognised in the great work they do on the ward. It is staff members like jack and Sandra and their colleagues are never recognised or praised for the hard work they do
