I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the entire Endoscopy Department at Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline, NHS Fife. I was admitted for a procedure under the care of Dr. Sengupta due to concerns about bleeding in my bowel and an abnormally high qFIT test. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional and I can't thank enough for the care i received.

Dr. Sengupta performed the procedure with outstanding skill and professionalism. His kindness and consideration truly stood out, and I felt reassured throughout the entire process. I am deeply impressed by his expertise and compassionate approach.

The nursing staff were equally wonderful—kind, supportive, and attentive. I arrived feeling very tense and petrified, but one nurse in particular, Mary Paul, deserves special recognition. She was brilliant, extremely kind, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I am very grateful for the extra time and care she gave me during a stressful moment.

From the reception team to the recovery staff, everyone deserves applause for the brilliant job they do and the effort they put into patient care. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team made a significant difference in my experience, and I am sincerely thankful to all.
