"Some of the staff can be quite rude"

I went and got my annual flu vaccination and the injection was given in the lower part of my upper arm instead of into the muscle at the top of my arm. It consequently caused a painful lump on my arm and I had to return 1 month later to have a repeat vaccination.

It is almost impossible to get an appointment unless you are willing to wait three weeks, which is ridiculous if you need an urgent appointment. Some of the receptionists can be quite rude and leave you standing at the window whilst they are doing something else on the computer, without even acknowledging you. A polite acknowledgement to let you know they'll be with you when they've finished what they're doing would not go amiss.
