About: Maternity care / Labour suite maternity Maternity care / Maternity Assesment/Triage Maternity care / Maternity Day Care

(as the patient),

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of the staff at the QEUH Maternity who I engaged with during my pregnancy and labour.

In particular maternity assessment (Collette), daycare (Fiona & Cheryl), labour (Jen & Nicola) & anaesthetist (Katie). Each member of staff named cared for me with compassion and kindness. They always listened with no judgement, answered my never ending questions and provided emotional support. Their outstanding care was invaluable to my positive experience of pregnancy, labour and ensuring the safe delivery of my baby boy.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the kind and compassionate care you received at the QEUH Maternity during your pregnancy and labour.

We are very proud to have provided such a positive pregnancy experience and I am glad that you felt listened to and were provided with invaluable support.

I will ensure that your gratitude and praise are passed on to Cheryl, Fiona, Jen, Nicola and Katie.
