"Pulmonary Rehab has been helpful"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as a service user),

When I was referred to Pulmonary Rehab I thought I was coming each week to do breathing and meditation along with getting shown how to use my inhalers.

I was really surprised that we would be doing actual exercises each week along with learning more about our lung condition. Without a doubt Pulmonary Rehab has been helpful.

I have been taught how to control my breathing and as a result now don't get as breathless going up stairs. Its been great!

Dear peppernn96

Thank you for such positive feedback following your recent attendance at Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

It is wonderful to hear that despite not being initially informed about what the programme entailed, you are now feeling less breathless, have learned how to manage your breathing/condition and that the course has exceeded your expectation.

Keep up the good work!

Kind Regards

Fiona Galbraith
