On my arrival, a man at the approached me with a smile to help with the direction. Main reception was professional, soft spoken and helpful. Another lady waiting at main door was ready to help if I needed assistance with any mobility issues. I was okay to walk by myself but very much appreciated the offer.
The gentleman (I think his name was James?) at the Respiratory reception welcomed me with a warm smile. He was very friendly, kind and helpful. He made me feel that I was in good hands! I want to thank him specifically. I wish there was a receptionist at every service just like him.
I didn't have to wait long. The HCA, the nurse, the physiotherapist and the clinician were very professional, caring, friendly and most efficient. Sorry, I cannot remember the names because the brain fog! Each of them explained the tests, diagnosis and next steps after carefully listening my problems. Both physiotherapist and the consultant seeked for my agreement with the other tests and treatment options.
It was a five star experience. I found it better than the private hospital care I had in the past.
I would like to send special thanks to the whole team for their efforts. It cannot be easy with all the pressures they have every day.
"It was a five star experience"
