Initially I was a little upset when recommended to attend Pulmonary Rehab as reality set in. I was apprehensive the first couple of weeks hover soon started to realise how Pulmonary Rehabilitation was going to benefit me. I enjoyed doing the exercises in class, they where easy enough to do at home three times per week. I purchased 1KG weights and plan to continue to do the exercises at home. My breathing has improved over the 8 weeks and I notice that I am not getting at breathless not doing day to day activities as I was prior to attending Pulmonary Rehab! Fiona and the team where inspirational!!
