I received excellent service and care on 28 May. I submitted an online consultation request before 08:00 and within about 15 minutes I received a call offering an in-person appointment at 10:20. The doctor saw me promptly. She was very thorough in her questioning and considered a range of possible diagnoses. She was also compassionate - I was clearly upset about the possibility of being seriously ill and because my mother had died last autumn. I left the appointment feeling reassured and less upset than when I had arrived at the surgery.
