(as the patient),

I managed to find the Centre, and the scan was carried out successfully. I now need to wait for results to be sent to my GP in 7 days.

However I found confusing, unwelcoming letters and signage in the Centre.

Thank you so much for taking time to contact us with your feedback about your care at Leith Community Treatment Centre.

I am pleased that you found much at the Centre to praise but concerned that you found the communications and signage to be poor.

I have passed your comments to the Centre Manager for her attention and will ask her to review these matters to see what we can do to improve the situation.
