"Made the girls feel safe and welcome"

About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Treatment Room

(as a parent/guardian),

Our 6 year old twins had to get bloods done and irrational would be putting it lightly to how they took that.

Janice who was the nurse taking the bloods was so caring and kind, made the girls feel safe and welcome and had the patience of a saint to get those bloods done. Can't thank her enough!
