(as a service user),

Big massive shout out to the wonderful team in ward 10D

My father-in-law was a patient for 7 long weeks, the compassionate care he received was exceptional

We as a family took great comfort in leaving him in your care knowing he would be so well looked after.

Eliadh and Milly you are stars and being at the start of your nursing journey your compassion, knowledge and proactive care was so appreciated, keep doing what you do best girls.

Caroline, Erin and Kim thank you for your expertise and Rita and David thanks for your fun and laughter.

Lastly thank you Pauline for being the back bone of this wonderful team.

Hopefully with help and support my father-in-law will be able to stay home were he wants to be.

Thanks

Dear Sheila583

Thank you so much for your heartfelt message and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback about the care your father-in-law received on Ward 10D.

We’re incredibly pleased to hear that the team provided not only expert medical care but also the compassion, reassurance, and kindness that made such a difference to both him and your family over those seven weeks. It means a great deal to us to know that you felt confident and comforted in leaving him in our care.

Your special mentions of Eliadh, Milly, Caroline, Erin, Kim, Rita, David, and Pauline are deeply appreciated. We will ensure your kind words are passed on to each of them—they will be delighted to know their hard work and dedication had such a positive impact.

We very much hope your father-in-law continues to improve and is able to remain at home where he feels most comfortable. Please accept our very best wishes for his recovery and for your family’s continued strength and support.

Kind regards

Kevin
