About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I arrived at the department at 10am and only had to wait a few minutes before a nurse, John, called my name. I was a bit anxious because I had a scary experience re arrhythmia the day before. John was very kind, sympathetic and he reassured me.  An ECG was done and also a 24 hour ECG tape recorder was attached to me.  I was back at my car just 30 minutes later.
