"Every one of the staff was wonderful"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I arrived at 1:45 and was treated by every member of staff with such kindness. I was very nervous and the staff literally held my hand until I left over two hours later.

The team you have there must have been hand picked for being empathetic and friendly. I cannot thank you enough for your care.

The staff names I remember are Karen, Helen and the special lady who managed to get blood out of a stone (me), but as I said every one of the staff was wonderful.

Thank you and I can only send you my love and best wishes.

Dear JAW65,

My name is Katie Black, I am the SCN in the Day Intervention Unit. Thank you very much for taking the time to feed back to us about your experience in the unit. We are so pleased that you found the staff to be kind, empathetic and friendly, we really proud ourselves as a unit in delivering compassionate care to all patients. I will share your feedback with all the staff in the unit.

We hope you are now well at home, thanks again, Katie and team.
