4 times this month i have been in to the QEUH, i have FND and cyclical vomiting disease and was bringing up blood. Staff are amazing and helpful, I got a bed on arrival and medication within 1-2 hours. The cleanliness is at a very high standard and overall I am very happy with my care. However, I could not get the drugs I was prescribed (iv morphine).

However, we are sorry to hear that you were unable to receive your medication. In order for us to investigate this further can you please contact our complaints department with your personal details. (ggc.complaints@nhs.scot)
