"Care received while getting an echocardiogram"

I recently attended Hairmyres Cardiology Department to have an Echocardiogram. The team members I spoke to were all so nice and helpful. Paul doing the echocardiogram was very kind and caring throughout. He explained what was going to happen and talked me through the imaging on the screen. Due to his very kind nature, which comes across in his chat and manner, I felt at ease at all times throughout. He is a credit to the department and the NHS.
