I would have thought that a GP, having a patient appointment at 09.30 would arrive at Surgery in good time to set up his/her computer in readiness. Rather than appearing in the waiting room at 09.29 and facing an unfortunate technical failure that led to a lengthy delay. I had no choice but to re-schedule my appointment.

I'm sorry that you had to re-arrange your appointment (because you had another appointment to go to), and know that you spoke to the manager about this at the time.

The computer failed completely in the room you were due to be seen in (we are now waiting for it to be replaced), and so we had to find a new room for the doctor to work in, and download their user profiles to the new machine. This caused a 20 minute delay to the GPs clinic.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.
