"Gave me the best of care"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

After various tests in the Acute Care Unit at Forth Valley Hospital, I was admitted to Ward B11. After two scans, I was diagnosed with Gall Stones. The Consultant made the decision to remove my Gall Bladder and the operation was carried out.

I cannot praise all the staff in Ward B11 highly enough. The medical staff,  nursing staff, auxiliary staff, catering and cleaning staff who all gave me the best of care.

Nothing was any trouble and everything was done with the highest respect and care. Everyone took the time to get to know the patients and their families. The staff all do such a great job and always with a smile.

Thank you so very much to everyone. You do such a great job and do not always receive the thanks and respect you deserve.
