"The service is excellent"

I just want to thank everyone at Westmarc for their service providing a new powered wheelchair.

It's much comfier than the old one I bought seven years ago, can take me outdoors, doesn't slip on flooring (even loose rugs/mats!), and has a huge range on a full charge - a factor which was important to me as we can have occasional days-long power cuts here in Argyll; the old wheelchair only lasted a day, potentially leaving me stranded in a long PC, but this one should 'outrun' even a lengthy outage. Brilliant! 

The Westmarc service is excellent: communicative, friendly and respectful, although the telephone queuing can be frustrating. Thanks again to OT's Louisa and colleague, and depot delivery man Brian.
