"No patient care"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

Visited UTC, the receptionist was unhelpful and having a very negative vibe when I am checking in.

She is giving the attitude that she doesn’t want to be there and commenting on some patient’s appointment with the patients were in the waiting area, while waiting for my turn to meet the triage .
