About: Chatfield Medical Centre

The surgery called me because there was a problem with my repeat prescriptions (I have just transferred from another practice.) An appointment was arranged to discuss - on the phone which was very convenient. I was able to explain the issue and it was immediately resolved. Today the surgery called me to follow up and make sure the issue had been cleared up. I just think this is excellent service - and to be honest not what I am used to when trying to get issues resolved! Many thanks!
