"Paramedic PTSD"

Having waited since last September for an appointment I never actually got one.

I did get a txt asking me to make contact as someone had tried contacting me several times , I did speak to one person who offered me an appointment I politely explained I cannot attend at the time offered or the day due to work.

I was then told someone would get in touch to re-arrange I got a txt stating I was being taken off the list as I hadn’t called back? I have done my job for years and got diagnosed with complex ptsd, I just wanted a bit of support that was never forthcoming. I have to deal with MH Patients and I do my best with the limited knowledge I have but I get no help with mine in a job that’s really challenging. I just expected better and as yet I still haven’t spoke with anyone.
