After a fall that caused a fractured shoulder mum needed assessing to see if home aids would help her get around , A really friendly man called Carl came to assess & ordered a selection of aids which were delivered by Red Cross the same day,I was so impressed with the speediness of Carl arriving & the Red Cross delivering, both men were extremely friendly & professional
