"My illness"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Gastro Hub The Ulster Hospital / Medical Day Case Unit The Ulster Hospital / Ward 6E (General Medicine)

(as the patient),

I took very ill & was admitted to the Ulster Hospital in January. I was suffering from Cirrhosis & narrowing of the oesophagus I was in for 4 1/2 weeks. Fed by tube and medication, various scans and camera orally.

Very patient and wonderful staff can’t thank them enough.

My aftercare at the gastroenterology hub was absolutely amazing I wouldn’t be were I am today if it wasn’t for the help and encouragement from the staff.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Christine and Leanne who were remarkable in their work position, always very caring and give me all the support I needed.

Thank you for your lovely comments and I am glad that you are out of hospital and had a positive experience with us.

I will pass your message onto to all the staff and Christine and Leanne in particular.

Thank you.
