(as a parent/guardian),

Cannot thank nurse Dean enough for his work and kindness. Recently had to take my daughter up to Out of Hours at the RAH in Paisley. Dean seen my daughter and was absolutely amazing with her. Listened to everything I told him, had a look, and gave her the antibiotics she needed. After having tonsillitis a good few times and previous experiences not being as great, she left the hospital and said she was so happy he was so nice. This man is honestly in the perfect job thank you so much again xx
