About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

I attended the centre today for routine STI testing. I saw nurse Amy  who was incredible in her interaction, advice and support. She was informative, supportive and showed no judgement. She ensured that I was aware of the need for alternative contraception due to taking mounjaro and assisted with booking necessary appointment. This was the by far the most comprehensive appointment I have had at the centre and felt like she took the time to make sure I was safe and healthy.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Our staff always welcome feed back from patients as it underscores the care and professionalism they aim for, week in week out, and that it comes across as such to our patients is a real boost.

The approach Amy took with your appointment, being patient lead and taking the appropriate amount of time to understand and support you with your specific contraception needs is something we as a clinic take pride in and again it's really great to here this is coming through to our patients.

I will definitely pass your message onto Amy, she will undoubtably be extremely appreciative of your kind words.
