"Great 'over 75' telephone operators -who must be…"

About: The Lonsdale Medical Centre

Unfortunately contact for any non-medical help/advice is non-existent in my experience. 3 emails to 'Practice Manager' in the past -were never answered. An email written last night for Lonsdale's 'procedures' was 'undeliverable'. I was told today that the named email contact left the practice 'long ago' (though still listed as Practice Manager) There seems to be a 'gap' in provision of help/information for 'terminally ill geriatrics' who cannot leave the house. I gained helpful information from a phone-call to Marie Curie website, but need 'Practice' information on the procedures.

The 'over 75' line have been a great source of support. Thank you to the two people-both of whom are very well-informed, kind and helpful.
