"What a wonderful job they did"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

My Nan was admitted to A&E following a bad fall at home.

The paramedic crew were excellent with her and very efficient getting her seen to quickly.

Michael, Stuart and Lisa were all excellent at putting her at ease and ensuring her pain was under control as much as possible.

We are all very grateful to the role they played in getting her seen to quickly and efficiently.

We were in A+E the entire day to keep a close eye on her and have the appropriate investigation.

I cannot fault the staff at all, they kept a close eye on her and reassured me regularly.

I need to thank Hayley, Adele (both student nurse and HCSW), ANP Mags and Orthopaedic doctor Duncan.

I was an anxious wreck however the staff were very attentive to both of us and I am so grateful to the excellent care they provided to my Nan and myself.

What a wonderful job they did and I cannot thank and praise them enough.

Hi cetusmb79,

I'm really sorry to hear about your nan's recent bad fall and I hope she's on the mend now.

I just wanted to thank you for the very kind comments you made about our staff at the Scottish Ambulance Service who cared for her. This is great to hear. Our staff always really appreciate when patients and their families take the time to write in and say thank you, it means a lot to them.

Please pass on our very best wishes to your nan and thanks again.

Mark
