Took delivery of a seating cushion and a frame walker recently, this was organised by the Julie from the POWCH fall team.

A very lovely delivery driver, Sam, who went above and beyond to assist in the delivery. He gave me the new equipment for my elderly mother, and I asked if I could return the old walking frame, as the rubber stops on the two legs had worn down. We had a discussion, and we came to the conclusion, the rubbers could be replaced. So he kindly removed to rubbers from the new frame and attached to the old frame, perfect result, and it ment Julie doesn’t have to re-visit us to check the height on the frame.

10/10 for this result thanks to Sam, we need more people who, think outside the box!

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I'm so pleased to hear that Sam was able to support you and Julie to reach such a simple, but valuable outcome. I'll pass on your thanks and praise to him and his supervisors.
