"Explained the procedure in detail"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

I was attending for an upper GI endoscopy. From the outset, I was put at my ease by Helen who welcomed me and explained the procedure in detail and answered any questions. Jen and her team doing the endoscopy were fantastic - I felt very confident in their hands. The whole visit was very efficient. The aftercare was great too. Thank you for the tea and toast. A great team - well done and thank you.
