I have been putting off getting a coil fitted for about 8 years after my last experience was very painful and unpleasant. But I did it 2 weeks ago and it was honestly not at all how I expected. The nurse was very knowledgable and put me at ease. She listened to my past experience and made sure this time was much more comfortable. I'm kind of annoyed at myself for waiting so long! Thank you
