(as a service user),

I had a really pleasant experience with Sophie from Rotherham talking therapies assessment. She really made me feel at ease and went through everything really well and also everything I expect to happen if I am accepted for treatment.

She is a really lovely person and a credit to the service, thank you Sophie.
