Today I had an appointment with one of the doctors (review won’t allow me to name the doctor) She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say. I’d been treated awful by a hospital service and I came to her with my concerns and it had made me lose a lot of trust within the nhs but she really helped. She listened to all of my concerns and gave answers for each and every single concern I had. She took me very seriously and I can’t thank her enough. I also have struggles with communicating and can find talking for myself nerve wracking but I did not feel that way at all with this doctor. Thank you very much you’ve made a massive difference to somebody :)
