About: Community Services / Rotherham Young Onset Dementia Service

(as the patient),

I was Diagnosed with Dementia we felt shocked and lost

Rotherham young onset helped us to understand this condition and be able to move forward and learn how to live with the Condition all the staff have been amazing don’t know what we would have done without their care compassion and expertise they are not just for the patient they sit and listen to the carer has well the service is excellent
