"I have really bad breathing problems"

About: Urgent Community Response / Virtual Ward Service

(as a service user),

I was very ill and ended up in hospital for a week still not 100% so I came home with the virtual Ward. It was brilliant. It put me at ease people people was on hand. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Nothing was too much for them.
