About: Old Coulsdon Medical Practice

Appointment for a blood test. Running 40minutes late with no communication or apology. When finally called in I let the nurse know it can be difficult to access my veins. Minimal effort was made and sent away within minutes saying they couldn't complete the blood test. I don't think sufficient effort was made due to them running late. Now having to wait several weeks for a new appointment. Very disappointed especially as I had to wait for so long with a newborn.
