About: The Ulster Hospital / Early Pregnancy Clinic

(as a service user),

I have been seen twice now in the early pregnancy clinic by Brenda. Unfortunately I received bad news but the empathy and kindness shown by Brenda has made the experience much less traumatic. She took the time to listen and answer questions whilst being gentle and supportive.

SJ25, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Early Pregnancy Service. I am so sorry to hear that your pregnancy journey has been one of sadness and can only offer my sincere condolences. For our staff to know that they have been able to make a difference for someone in distress, means a great deal and I will make sure that Brenda is made aware of your kind feedback. It it also means a great deal to the service that you have taken the time to share this with us while dealing with your loss and we are extremely grateful.
