About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as a service user),

Attended for OGD procedure.

I was warmly met and admitted by Jenifer who has a good sense of humour and was very professional. In the procedure room, I was very well looked after by Stepheena, Kristine and Darling.

Dr Patterson sedated me and did the procedure. Wonderful as always! I don’t remember a thing.

Hazel and Elaine put up with me in recovery until I was ok to leave.

Thanks to a brilliant team!!

I am glad you had such a positive experience in RVH Endoscopy, the staff always go above and beyond to help put every patient at ease joining their journey.
