(as the patient),

One evening late April, I had to visit the Victoria Hospital A&E Department. My second visit within the month. All the staff in A&E from the reception staff, doctors, nurses, cleaners, right through to the staff on cardiology, were exceptional. They were kind, caring and understanding. Thank you all.
