"Words just cannot express the gratitude I have"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Gynaecology Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I would really like to thank NHS Fife for their support & care they have already given to me & are continuing to give! Especially the staff in radiology dept at Victoria hospital & the gynecology dept at Queen Margaret- the team at Queen Margaret who dealt with me actually stayed way after their shift had finished because they cared so much & wanted to make sure I was ok & pain stabilised! They are amazing human beings ❤️.

Words just cannot express the gratitude I have for each & every one of them. 🥰.

My surgeon, anesthetist & recovery nurse all said they were only doing their jobs when I thanked them. The truth is them doing their job has meant the world to me & the pain I was in was absolutely nothing in comparison to what I have been going through for years. Together they have improved my quality of life & for that I am eternally grateful.

I truly hope they remember this small token of my appreciation anytime they have the most difficult/ challenging of shifts & that they understand how much they are valued & appreciated. How lucky we are to have such an amazing service, get behind & support our fantastic NHS workers.

Let's channel the constructive criticism in a positive way & make sure our NHS staff feel valued. They do their best & more, they are human & have feelings, whatever criticism service users have, the NHS are already fighting our corner regarding these issues- we can all be stronger together 🥰

Dear Blessed service user,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience. It is great to hear the experience during your care was positive. Working in radiology it is lovely to hear positive feedback which I will share with the team.
