"Experience at radiology"

I had to go to radiology at the Victoria today for an urgent x ray 

Claire at radiology made me feel very comfortable 

Julia who was there too came to give me a hug when I got a bit emotional .

I was also waiting for a scan , when I mentioned it to Claire .

She told me to wait in the waiting area after the x ray not to go home .

She came back to tell me she had checked and was going to arrange for me to get the ultrasound sound as soon as the girls were free to save me coming back as I was very unwell.

Wendy and Diane at ultra sound were amazing too .

Kind understanding supportive .

Nhs has such lovely people that help us.

I hope nhs knows these ladies are assets to our nhs .

They all made my day and made me feel really good .

Thank you so much for going the extra mile .
