"non attendance letter"

About: Royal Free Hospital

Had a phone appointment booked by the hospital and lots of messages to remind me. Never received the phone call. Tried to call outpatients. 66 people ahead. Then get another letter saying I had not attended the call. No call was made. Nowhere to dispute this on website or NHS app. Very frustrating. Nxt appointment booked for October. Same thing could happen.
