About: Stonehouse Hospital / Lockhart Unit

(as a relative),

Hi, just wished to express my appreciation and gratitude to the Team  at Lockhart Unit Stonehouse Hospital in caring for my mum, who sadly passed away. 

The Nurses and Clinical Support Workers who cared for mum displayed empathy, patience and displayed a high standard of care under challenging circumstances.

As a family we were treated with respect at all times and were extremely grateful to staff for helping us be with our mum during her stay at Stonehouse. 

Thank you to all  Nurses, Clinical Support Workers, Physio and Cleaning staff for all your support and hard work.

Thank you for sharing your experience of Stonehouse Hospital, Lockhart Unit.

I am sorry for your loss, please accept my condolences.

I am pleased to hear that your mum received compassionate care from our nursing staff and clinical support workers while she was admitted. It must have been very reassuring for you all that the empathy shown to your mum was extended to you and your family too.

I will ensure that your kind words are passed on to the whole team who I am sure will take great pride in hearing your feedback.
