About: Nairn Town and County Hospital / Weight Management

(as a service user),

I have been attending the Dietician, after the original appointment, where I actually left, though emotional, I felt seen and heard. Every interaction with this team, from Debs to Mairi, has been an absolute pleasure. I now see things through a completely different point of view and have learnt some amazing skills and tools to allow me to opportunity to succeed. I feel that without this service I would be extremely depressed, and feel like I had no options. Thank you so very much, this service and indeed this team are truly unmeasurable.

I am part of the overall team who manages complaints for NHS Highland and are known as the Feedback Team. We offer patients, relatives, MPs/MSPs, staff and anyone who requires assistance is registering a concern or formal complaint.

I am delighted to hear you have received such good care from both Debbie and Mairi.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.
