"The whole service ran very smoothly"

About: Emergency Department / Minor Injuries University Hospital Wishaw / Radiology

(as a service user),

I attended A&E overnight with pain in my ankle after falling while out walking. I was triaged and advised to attend Minor Injuries in the morning. I was given an appointment and when I came in the morning for the appointment I was taken for assessment exactly on time. Had a lovely interaction with a charge nurse, and an extremely efficient X-ray with prompt results. Everyone was friendly and the whole service ran very smoothly on a bank holiday. Thank you for looking after me.
