"They could not have been a more attentive, lovely group of staff"

I had to go into day surgery to have gallstones removed. I was very nervous when entering the ward but the staff soon put me at ease they were very thorough with my details and everything was checked over and over again .They were very friendly and always checking if I was alright.

They made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen after the procedure and that I would come back to them and that ward. The surgeon came to introduce himself and also checked I knew what I was going in for.

The staff on entering the procedure room were all smiling and nice they put me at ease and were very efficient and positioned me for the procedure. I  awoke back on the ward where the staff got me food and drink checked me over many times before being released to go home they could not have been a more attentive, lovely group of staff.
