"Great clinical experience but poor communication…"

I have had experience with Health Harmony for Cateracts and my husband has had skin cancer treatment, on each occasion the service has been faultless.

My recent Genealogical experience was clinically very good, the appointment came by text and was an hour drive away, if I had no car I could not have attended by public transport.

The venue was smart and clean, unfortunately my procedure failed as soon as I returned home. I phoned the Birmingham phone number and had frustrating three days trying to reach someone, the phone system gives no indication of if there is anyone there or where you are in a queue. I eventually was given a further appointment.

I then had a clinical problem and tried the phone again after two days I spoke to someone who could not get me a clinician to speak to and suggested I just make my next arranged appointment.

At the appointment - which was satisfactory, I discovered my fears could have been relieved if I could have had an information leaflet at my first appointment.

I think there could be better information written provided after a procedure, there should definitely be major improvements to the phone system and I wonder why there were no appointments nearer to west Wolverhampton such as Penderford Business Park for Cateracts which was wonderful.

Overall I must commend the HH clinical services, they are as good as private service
