"I cannot commend the staff enough"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as a service user),

I recently went into Kirkcaldy National Treatment Centre for a full hip replacement surgery.

I cannot commend the staff enough for their care and attention whilst in the hospital. Friendly, efficient, made me feel at ease (first ever surgery).

The aftercare was also wonderful and made me feel very comfortable as could be.

Thank you again to my surgeon, Dr Akhtar, and the team behind him. The anaesthetists were amazing too.

I am now looking forward to my recovery journey. Thank you again, NHS Scotland.
