"The whole team treated me with VIP service"

I recently attended the hospital for a Colonoscopy. I was attended to by Dr Gilmour and Consultant Robertson. In addition I saw several nurses and combined the whole team treated me with VIP service. Michelle and Betty in the theatre were very attentive.

I have undergone this procedure several times times since my twenties and always found the care team to be great, but this time everyone involved were superb and I thank them all sincerely for their skills, patience and amazing understanding on my behalf.

The unit as a whole is the shining star of the hospital and I feel very fortunate for the care given. Saturday is the perfect day for such procedures as patients are able to access/depart the hospital far easier than weekdays and it’s one thing less for me to worry about.
