"Minor operation on my nose"

I visited FV hospital for minor op to remove lesion on my nose. I was anxious.

However both professionals David and Laura immediately put me at ease. I had been on a waiting list and this appointment came in earlier than expected and on a Saturday afternoon. I was earlier and taken just before my time.

Despite a painful injection all was smooth and as I said both staff so professional, pleasant and using great humour to quell my anxiety. Op seemed straightforward with good aftercare advice given.

This is my experience of NHS over the last year or two that despite a short wait the staff do their utmost when you get there! Thank you to both.
